1. How to order

There are two ways you can order: order by phone and order online. For contact information, please see the contact page.

2. Shipping and handling

The shipping and handling price will be showed when you click on "add to cart" button. usually, we offer UPS shipping service. For the front clip and engine, we have the other shipping company to handle the delivery.
for the customers who order engine or front clip locate near by Los Angeles area, we suggest you to come to our store pick it up. you may want to order by phone so we can save the shipping fee.

3. Calculating the item price

The price that was shown in the shopping cart has include the shipping fee. For example, the price for a H22A engine long block is $1200. when you click the "Add to cart" button, the price show up was $1750 because $1750 has include $550 shipping fee already.

4. Wholesale

We accept Retail and wholesale order. The price for retail has been showed beside the auto item. For those wholesale customers, we can offer grade wholesale price so you can safe more. If you are the wholesale customer who interesting in wholesale information,  please call 1(626)443-6668. Our business representative will be happy to help you.

5. make a payment

For Paypal user, login to your Paypal account, click "Send money", enter our e-mail address: sales@jrautoparts.com and the amount you want to pay.

6. Returning Information

We offer one year warranty on wheels. (for more wheels' warranty information, see warranty information). Under the warranty coverage, you can call us first and get a RA number then you can send it back to us. (see company contact information)
Every returning item have to charge 10% restock fee, and shipping fee is not refundable. JDM auto parts and accessories are not returnable.

7. Company policy and agreement

1. We sale everything as auto parts. We don't offer complete car to sale. We have no responsible for any damage (except wheel) or any accident.

2. We don't sale any parts to anyone who attempt to build their car for illegal racing on the road. Of cause, we don't respond any legal duty and consequence.
